All service quotes include a 1hour flat rate charge for research diagnostic and assessment of the repair as listed below. Once the issue or repair is confirmed, a quote for the total cost of the repair will be sent to you for review and confirmation to complete the repair.

Example of a Repair Service: You have a broken laptop screen and would like to book a repair.

Step 1: Complete the book now form and provide information about the repair needed.
Step 2: SOS IT will research, diagnose and assess the repair needed and provide a quote for the total service time required and parts (if any) needed to complete the repair. This will include the initial flat rate fee of your repair. For Laptops this is $79.99 CAD.
Step 3: If additional hours are needed to complete the repair SOS IT will contact you BEFORE attempting the repair to get your confirmation to proceed.
Step 4: All repairs take between 5-7 business days to be complete. If an emergency or expedited repair is required an additional charge of $99 + tax will be applied. *This is subject to the type of repair and availability of certified parts.
Step 5: Drop off your device.
Step 6: Receive communication about the status of your repair and simply process payment online. Note, we are a cashless, secure online payments only.
